What Is Required by Law, and What Employers Ask For
Many energy roles depend on a safety or technical credential. Of the 9 listed here, 1 is required by law anywhere we have checked; the rest are required by employers and site operators by contract, or are accepted as evidence of competence. The difference matters when you set the requirements for a role.
