Grade a job description for an energy role — free
Paste a job description. In about 10 seconds, with no sign-up, you see wording that may mislead candidates, whether the role needs a credential, where candidates can come from, and how the job description compares with what energy employers ask for in their own postings.

What it checks
- Wording. A title that does not match the work, requirements that contradict each other, a must-have hidden in passing, or information a candidate needs that is missing.
- Credentials. Whether the job description states or implies a mandatory credential, such as BOSIET, GWO or CompEx, with a link to our credentials reference.
- Where candidates can come from. Whether the role can be filled from other sectors, or from other commodity desks for trading roles.
- Compared with real postings. When the role has a role page, the skills energy employers often ask for that your job description leaves out, and the skills it asks for that employers seldom name. These come from counts of open postings, not from a model.
What the full brief adds
The grader checks the job description. A brief answers the hiring question: how hard the role is to fill, what it pays, how strong demand is, where else to find candidates, and a rewritten job description. Your first two briefs are free, with no card. Start a brief.
What we keep, and the limits
Names, emails and phone numbers are removed before a model reads the text. We keep our structured reading of the job description, with personal details removed, so the same text does not need to be read twice. We do not keep the text you paste. See our privacy notice.
The grader allows 100 new gradings a day across all visitors, and a few per visitor each hour. The count resets at 00:00 UTC.
